It was located close to C.H.E.o and very convenient to go where we wanted to go. Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions
My original booking was 3 nights for 109 a night but I added a day on my way down to Ottawa. And I ended up being charged 109 for the first night and 129 for the others 3 nights. When he told me on the phone that the extra night was available he should have informed me of the cost change. I could see the extra charge for the added night but not on the existing booking.

Was a chilled-out base for trip. I liked having satisfactory breakfast with the same rate. Its location was particularly good and perfect, the near busstation, and in a fantastic area. Furthermore, a few of nice spots, as Westgate Shopping Centre were metres from the venue.

Easy access to Carleton University and points of interest. Staff friendly and courteous. The bedding, bathroom and room were clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and excellent. the location is absolutely perfect and convenient, set just off a comfortable and great water park, church, and downtown Ottawa.
